What is restaurant marketing software?
Restaurant marketing software brings customers back with offers, coupons and messages built on what they order. Maxilog creates promotions and codes that apply on every channel, adds loyalty points to each order and sends push and email campaigns under your own brand.

It prices at the till too
A promotion is not a website banner. The same rule applies on the POS, the handheld, the kiosk and the app, so the price a customer was promised is the price they are charged.
Measured on real orders
Redemptions, loyalty accrual and campaign performance are read from the order history, not from a separate analytics tool that has to be reconciled.
How does a happy hour run in Maxilog?
Create a 20% promotion on the Pizzas category, Monday to Thursday from 6 to 7 pm, for takeaway, with the pizza of the month excluded. A customer orders on your site at 6:20 pm: the discount shows in their basket, and the same rule applies if the order is taken at the till, on the kiosk or by a waiter. Once the order is completed, their account earns 10 points per whole euro at the default setting. Points build up and show in the app; they cannot be exchanged for a discount.

Common questions
Who owns the data used for campaigns?
You do. Coupons, loyalty and campaigns run on your own restaurant's order history, not on data rented from a marketplace.
Does a promotion apply at the till too, or only online?
Everywhere. The same rule applies at the till, the waiter handheld, the kiosk and the app: the price promised is the price charged.
Do I need technical skills to set up a promotion?
No. Pricing rules account for your sizes and exclusions directly. A real offer doesn't need a fake product to exist.
Can customers spend their loyalty points?
No. Points build up on every delivered or completed order, 10 per whole euro at the default setting, and show in the customer app. They cannot be exchanged for a discount at checkout.
Can I limit how a coupon is used?
Yes. A code can have a total number of uses, a per-customer limit, a start and end date, a minimum order and a maximum discount. Codes are created one at a time or in batches.
