Features

Everything your restaurant runs on, in one place.

No stitching together five separate tools. Ordering, service, delivery and the kitchen all speak to each other by default.

Order everywhere

Take orders from everywhere your customers already are.

One menu, three ordering surfaces, all wired into the same kitchen and inventory.

  • Website ordering

A branded ordering site, themed to match your restaurant, not ours.

  • Mobile app

A customer-facing app for repeat orders, saved details and order-status push updates.

  • Self-order kiosk

In-store ordering that keeps the counter line moving at peak hours.

Run the floor

Run the floor without missing a ticket.

Front of house and the kitchen see the same order in the same second, with no shouting across the pass.

  • Point of sale

Fast checkout for staff, with PIN login for quick shift changes.

  • Waiter handheld

Tableside ordering and payment: the ticket fires to the kitchen before the waiter is back at the pass.

  • Kitchen display

Tickets appear the instant an order comes in. No printer, no lag, nothing lost.

Deliver

Deliver, your way.

Run your own fleet, plug into the marketplaces your customers already use, or both, dispatched from one screen.

  • Your own delivery

A rider app with live tracking and route handoff, plus a dispatch view showing every driver and order.

  • Delivery marketplaces

Uber Eats and Deliveroo orders land in the same kitchen queue as everything else. No extra tablet.

How it works

Live in three steps.

  1. 1

    We build your menu

Send us your current menu and photography. We set up categories, option groups and combos so every channel reads the same catalogue.

  2. 2

    We pair your terminals

Each till, kitchen screen, kiosk and handheld pairs with an eight-character code and appears in your back office with its health and version.

  3. 3

    You open for service

Orders arrive from every channel into one queue. Your team learns one system instead of five.

FAQ

Questions restaurants ask us.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Service keeps running. The POS switches to cash-only and queues every order locally, and the kitchen display keeps working from cached tickets. When the connection comes back, the queue drains and everything syncs on its own, with nothing re-keyed by hand.

Do Uber Eats and Deliveroo orders arrive in the same queue?

Yes. Marketplace orders land on the same kitchen display as your website, app, kiosk and counter orders, with a badge showing where each came from. There is no separate tablet to watch.

Do I have to replace all my hardware?

No. The POS runs on Windows terminals and Android tablets, the kitchen display and status board run on any screen with a browser, and Maxilog talks to standard ESC/POS receipt printers and cash drawers.

Who owns the customer data?

You do. Orders placed through your own site, app and kiosk belong to your restaurant, which is what makes the loyalty, coupon and campaign tools worth using.
