What changes the price of restaurant POS software?
A quote adds up what your restaurant actually uses. Six things move it, and none of them depends on how many orders come through your own channels.
How many sites you run
Each site has its own menu, terminals and orders, managed from the same back office. The quote counts the sites to fit out.
How many terminals you use
Tills, kitchen screens, waiter handhelds and rider accounts: every device added beyond the first shows on the quote.
Which products you choose
Online ordering, POS, kiosk, delivery, mobile app: each product is its own line. Start with one and add the others later.
Hardware, supplied or already in place
Keep your Windows PCs, your ESC/POS printers and a compatible card terminal, or let us supply the hardware, to buy or to rent.
Putting it into service
A one-off amount, separate from the subscription: we create your branded space, your domain and your sign-ins, then bring the platform online.
The billing period
The subscription is billed monthly or yearly. You pick the one that suits you when we prepare the quote.
No commission on direct orders
Orders placed through your own site, app and kiosk carry no per-order fee. What you charge is what you keep.

Common questions
Does Maxilog take a commission on my orders?
No. Orders placed on your site, your app, your kiosk and at the till carry no Maxilog commission. Online payments land in your own Stripe account, which charges its usual payment fees. Uber Eats and Deliveroo keep their own commissions on the orders they bring you.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one-off amount shown separately on the quote. It covers creating your branded space, your domain name, your team’s sign-ins and bringing the platform online.
Do I need to buy new hardware?
Not necessarily. The till installs on a Windows PC or an Android tablet, the kitchen display and the status board run in a browser, and Maxilog drives ESC/POS printers. For card payments, Maxilog works with Stripe Terminal, SumUp and bank terminals that support the Concert protocol. If you prefer, hardware goes on the quote, to buy or to rent.
What drives the price of an ordering kioskHow is the subscription paid?
By monthly or yearly invoice, payable by card, SEPA direct debit or bank transfer.
Can I start with a single product?
Yes. Each product is its own line on the quote: start with online ordering or the POS, then add the kiosk, delivery or the app when you need them.
Tills and tax compliance in 2026How do my customers pay for their orders?
Online, by card through Stripe or with PayPal. At the counter, in cash or by card on a Stripe Terminal, SumUp or a Concert-compatible bank terminal.
